Dr. Jeffrey J Hunt graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1993.  He has been practising as a Naturopathic Physician in Trail, BC for the last 25 years.  His practice has been family based, treating both acute and complex chronic illness.

Health conditions treated are food and inhalant allergies, including sublingual immunotherapy, female and male hormone imbalances such as PMS, perimenopause, menopause, andropause, thyroid and adrenal dysfunction. Infectious disease such as Lyme disease and associated co-infections, candidiasis, bacterial and viral infections and gastrointestinal parasites.  Other health concerns treated include obesity/weight loss and adjunctive cancer treatments.  Dr. Hunt also has a pharmacopoeia license and utilizes pharmaceutical medications if needed.  Atherosclerosis, peripheral vascular disease as well as coronary and carotid vascular disease is treated with intravenous chelation therapy.  Chelation for the removal of toxic metals is an area of expertise.

With his experience as a competitive athlete and having attained an honours bachelor of physical and health education, Dr. Hunt can prescribe an appropriate exercise program for each individual.
